Our Company

Monebo Technologies is a medical technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas. We have developed core competencies in medical sciences, advanced mathematics, computer sciences, and telecommunications systems engineering. The unique combination of these competencies came together to understand the requirements and develop Monebo's unique approach to heart health assessment.


Strategic Partnerships

Monebo Technologies is a proud graduate company of the Austin Technology Incubator (ATI). The ATI provides strategic counsel, operational guidance, and infrastructure support to member companies and helps them transition from early stage ventures to successful technology businesses.  ATI harnesses local business, government, and academic resources to achieve its mission and is a key program of the IC2 Institute at The University of Texas at Austin.

Since 1989, ATI has graduated over 70 technology-based companies including five that have reached the public markets.  ATI companies have raised more than $600 million in capital and reported revenues exceeding $1 billion.


 

Monebo has developed a strategic relationship with Vesalius Ventures and is one of their portfolio companies. This has been a positive and rewarding relationship.
Vesalius Ventures is a seed-stage investment venture capital accelerator specializing in telemedicine, medical informatics and technology. Monebo participates in the Industry Affiliates Program of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. The program provides financial support for the Biomedical Engineering Seminar Series and for student organizations.    Industry affiliates of the department include Zimmer (Austin, Texas), Baker Botts LLP (Austin, Texas), Universal Software Solutions, Inc. Management

            Dale J. Misczynski - President and CEO has a strong background in the global electronics business. His experiences as a successful leader in Motorola’s wireless communications and semiconductor businesses, operating in marketing, engineering, quality, and general management roles at division and group levels have given him the global perspective needed to lead Monebo.

        Dr. Vladislav Bukhman PhD - Vice President and CTO with a background in advanced mathematics from the Former Soviet Union, is a key developer of the algorithms used in the analysis and risk stratification technology.

            Dr. Hans Stromeyer, MD, Chief Medical Officer: Scientific verification, development and implementation of Monebo’s products. 15 years experience in space medical research and Astronaut training, managed development of multi-user telemetrically research facilities for space flight. Co-founded a Venture Capital business incubator .

        Patrick D. Kothe - Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer has comprehensive senior level management experience in the marketing and sales of cardiac medical devices.  Since 1982 he and his teams have successfully developed, launched and marketed devices utilized by cardiologists and cardiothoracic surgeons, including diagnostic and interventional products, and heart valve replacement and repair prostheses.

        John Gardner, Director of Engineering, with a strong background in telecommunications and medical device engineering has the appropriate skills and experience to successfully commercialize the technology.

        Anthony Salerno as the founder and owner of Health Care Associates of New York brings significant real world expertise to the team. He understands the health care industry from the inside, and can easily speak with doctors, nurses and administrators from first hand experience with confidence. He understands HMO, and Medicare/Medicaid requirements and reimbursement issues, which are a critical market for the company’s products & services.

        Alfred Hager  is a senior level financial manager with a specialized background in the European electronics industry. He currently supports the expansive strategy of a mid-sized company in its ambition to go public. Earlier Alfred had a vital role in the spin-off of manufacturing operations of Alcatel Austria by means of a Management Buy-Out, where he served as the CFO.

         Leo Womack is a Certified Public Accountant and a Registered Securities Broker. He is also the Vice President and Co-founder of Commerce Securities Corporation, a N.A.S.D. Member firm since 1982. He has been involved in numerous life science entities during his career. Leo also serves as the Chairman of Fairway Medical Technologies, a strategic investor in Monebo.
